Mike Johnson founded Open & Shut Bookkeeping to give small business owners exactly what they need each month: clean books and a flat fee they can count on. Mike built the firm around one idea — bookkeeping should be simple, predictable, and done right the first time. He works directly with every client, so the person reconciling your books is the same person you talk to.

His 15+ years of accounting and finance experience, and credentials as a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor and Xero Certified Specialist, help business owners spend less time worrying about their books and more time running their business. Based in Pembroke Pines, Mike serves small businesses across South Florida and works remotely with clients throughout the state.
